The Winter Vegetable Garden

Baby beets, carrots and chard along with weeds.

frosty weeds

The beets are beautiful.

A mix in the bed.

One of the beds with baby beets and carrots, they are rather
small so not sure how they will turn out.

Not sure what this is yet as I didn't label them when I put
them  in the ground, I may have a chart somewhere.

The kale holds up great to the winter weather, if the
weather were any harsher it wouldn't have done as well -
the tops were frosted a bit during our last cold spell.

Apparently I don't grow cauliflower very well.

Isn't it beautiful.

Baby brussel sprouts.
